Heated Flow
A quick paced vinyasa practice built to get your heart pumping and body moving. We flow. We balance. We may do some core. We offer modifications for the beginner student and options to amplify your practice for the more advanced. Arm balances and inversions are offered but never required. Our heated classes are set to 90-95 degrees.

Sculpt
Also known as yoga with weights, our Sculpt class is a dynamic fusion of traditional yoga and strength training designed to build lean muscle and challenge you in new ways. These lively, energetic classes are taught to a beat and incorporate moments of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to boost cardiovascular health and burn calories. Low impact cardio options are always offered. Get ready to MOVE!

Flow into Yin
A short sequence to warm up followed by a series of longer, passive holds to open the lower body. This class combines the fluidity of a vinyasa flow with the more restorative, melt-into-your-mat elements of yin into one practice. Our Heated Flow into Yin classes are set to 80-85 degrees with our infrared heaters to increase flexibility, gently increase blood circulation, and rid the body of toxins.
