Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines the best of both worlds: the flow of yoga and the strength of strength training. This high-energy class incorporates yoga postures with weight resistance to sculpt, tone, and challenge your entire body. Expect heart-pumping cardio, targeted strength work, and flexibility—all while syncing breath with movement. Low impact options are always offered. Our heated classes are 90-95 degrees.

Arrive on time so we can all settle in together, and remember to bring your own mat. If you need to cancel, please do so at least four hours before class to avoid a $14 late cancel fee. No-shows will be charged the full class rate.
