    Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa links movement with breath, flowing through creative sequences at your own pace. At Second Wind, we honor the practice while keeping it fun—starting slow, building heat, and easing back down. Think of it as a little bit yoga, a little bit dance, and a whole lot of fluid movement to get your heart pumping and your muscles working.

    Hot Sculpt

    Set in a warm room, this class blends traditional yoga postures with intentional strength work using weights and resistance. Classes follow a clear, intentional structure that builds strength steadily — supported by options that make the work feel doable, not overwhelming. Our Hot Sculpt classes are set to 90-95 degrees.

    Slow Flow Yoga

    Slow Flow or Gentle Yoga is a breath-led practice that blends mindful movement with deep stretching. Designed to create space in the body and calm in the mind, this class moves at a meditative pace, allowing time to explore each posture. It's perfect for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and inner stillness without rushing. Accessible for all levels and abilities.

    This class is designed to support deep rest, release, and relaxation. Through long, slow, and supported floor-based poses, a yin practice gently opens the body, calms the mind, and encourages the nervous system to shift into a restful, restorative state.

A few quick reminders to help keep our classes flowing:

Please silence and put away your cell phone before class begins. Arrive on time so we can all settle in together, and remember to bring your own mat.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least four hours before class to avoid penalties.

Unlimited Members: Late cancels or no-shows will incur a $32 fee.

Class Pack Holders & Drop-Ins: Late cancels or missed classes will result in the class being deducted from your pack or counted as used.

Weather Policy: Class decisions are based on actual road conditions, not school delays or forecasts. If we choose to hold class, our standard cancellation policy applies. We’ll always communicate any studio closures by email as early as possible.
